Terms & Conditions

By booking an appointment with Momentum Health Pakenham, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Clinical Services

Momentum Health Pakenham provides integrated Chiropractic and Remedial Massage services. All treatments are preceded by a clinical assessment. We reserve the right to refuse or modify treatment if, in the practitioner's professional opinion, the treatment is contraindicated or unsafe for the patient.

2. Cancellation & No-Show Policy

Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling.

  • Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment may incur a fee of 50% of the consultation cost.

  • No-Shows: Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without notice may result in a charge of the full consultation fee.

3. Late Arrivals

If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to ensure the practitioner can remain on schedule for subsequent patients. The full service fee will still apply.

4. Informed Consent

Informed consent is a requirement for all manual therapy. Before your first treatment, your practitioner will discuss the proposed plan, including potential risks and benefits. You have the right to withdraw consent at any time during the session.

5. Health Fund Rebates

While we provide HICAPS facilities for on-the-spot claims, the responsibility for verifying your level of cover rests with you. Momentum Health Pakenham is not responsible for any rejected claims by your private health insurer.

6. Privacy & Data

Your clinical records are stored securely in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 and the Health Records Act. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for full details on how we handle your information.
